Hello TEFL land

Well, Summer has arrived and when summer arrives so do the holidays. If you are traveling take care and be safe. If you are looking for a job over this period then make sure that you have those imprtant documents on your usb drive so that you when you see the job of your dreams you can apply for it immediately and not wait till you get home. Remember to have 1) UP TO DATE CV 2) copies of your degree and tefl certificate 3) copy of your passport

Pre-visa testing (China)

There have been growing reports of schools and universities enforcing the participation in an online questionnaire/test. Several Directors of Studies (DoS) have requested that teachers take this test prior to an interview, while universities have not renewed visas until after participation in this test.
The enforcement and validity of this is not clear. However, taking the test may prevent problems upon your arrival in China.
